This Privacy Policy explains how The Portal manages and handles the information about Users that The Portal collected. Management and collection of personal data by The Portal is subject to the Singapore Personal Data Protection (PDPA) (No. 26 of 2012). By accessing The Portal, User agrees and accept the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy.

When you register an account or post/ publish something on The Portal, as part of the registration or post submission process, The Portal collects the personal information you provide, such as your name, contact number, address and email address.

Verification: The Portal uses the information collected to verify a User’s identity, to protect the rights and safety of The Portal and Users.

The Portal may use Cookies to collect and store information about Users who access The Portal. The Portal may participate in Google Advertisement (such as Google AdWords and Google Display Network). Google uses cookies to target and serve advertisement to users. For example, The Portal may create a Remarketing List for users to our most popular page. The Remarketing Tag tells AdWords to save users to our “Popular Category List”. When users visit that page, their cookie ID is added to the Remarketing List. When the users leave The Portal and visit other websites in the Google Display Network, they may see Ads of The Portal, due to the behavior of the cookie.

The Portal reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time without prior notice to Users, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

If The Portal is acquired or merged with another company or organization, Users’ information may be transferred to the new owners so that The Portal may continue to provide services to Users.
